Thank you for shopping at the Florida Humanities Council (FHC) on-line store.  All proceeds from the store support the programs and activities of the Council.

Orders Received
Once an order is placed on our web store, you will receive an automated response to confirm that your order has been received (if you have provided us with your email address.) Please print this message as receipt of sale. Your credit card is not charged automatically. Your order will be reviewed and processed shortly. You may be contacted by us with a revised order total or any inquiries pertaining to your order.

Forms of Payment
You must use a credit card to place an order in the on-line store.  We accept the following major credit cards with valid expiration dates: MasterCard & VISA

If you wish to use a personal check to purchase merchandise or memberships, please call 727/873-2018.

Shipping
There are no shipping charges for memberships or membership premiums.

All merchandise orders are shipped USPS parcel post. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. In the event of a delay, you will be contacted. Deliveries can not be made to P.O. Box numbers. If you would like information about the cost of express delivery (2^nd business day) or have special shipping instructions, please call 727/873-2018.

Returns and Exchanges
If you receive any damaged merchandise, you must inform us within 10 days of receipt by calling 727/873-2018.

Taxes
All merchandise prices include sales tax. Memberships and membership premiums are non-taxable. 

Gift Messages
Any item in the on-line store can be sent as a gift. You may include a gift message of up to 120 characters in length, free of charge, with any order. Enter your message during check out in the “Gift Message” field below Shipping Information. Your message will be enclosed in an envelope and attached to the package.
